INFORMATION ABOUT SS 1

Giacomo Ogliari (45) retired after SS 1 due to mechanical problems.

Eric Mauffrey (39) retired after SS 1 due to problems with drivebelt.

Pierre Tanci (50) retired due to accident.

Miguel Baudouin (32) was out of the road.

Bryan Bouffier (11): "I was too optimistic, I started with slick tyres."

Franz Wittmann (12): "To me it was very difficult, I'm trying to get known the car."

Toni Gardemeister (8): "We had a problem with the tyre choice, it wasn't good. Hope it will be fine at next stage."

Jan Kopecky (3): "We made a puncture somewhere in the beginning of the stage."

Nicolas Vouilloz (7): "We tried to push, but the tyre choice wasn't very good."

Kris Meeke (1): "The tyre choice was OK, we try to go safe, the rally is long."

Mikko Hirvonen (2): "It was OK, but there are really tough conditions and I'm not very confident with the car."

Juho Hänninen (5): "No problem, we had good tyres, quite interesting stage."

Guy Wilks (10): "We decided to go safe, the time is little bit slower."

Jan Kopecky (3) stopped in the stage.

Stéphane Sarrazin (6): "It's very tricky!"

Sebastien Ogier (4): "It was quite tricky, especially in the end of the stage, but it was good."

Harry Hunt (51) and Daniel Cambon (60) are going to re-start the rally after their prologue retirements.
